What About the Things Jesus Never Mentioned?
As I pointed out previously, Jesus did address homosexuality, and all other marital relationships, during his earthly ministry. But some people like to find loopholes for their favourite sins while abhorring others.
Let's take pedophilia for example. Almost everybody is outraged and disgusted at Catholic priests and caregivers of vulnerable children who raped innocents. Yet, Jesus never mentioned that by name. How then can homosexuals, and non Christians in general, be outraged by buggery while excusing homosexuality? They're picking and choosing again, as I wrote before.
Jesus didn't mention a lot of sins by name, yet the standard of purity is clear. If we love each other as ourselves, we wouldn't sexually interfere with minors or do anything to psychologically damage them. Neither would we harm the ones we claim to love by lusting after them. Lust is inherently selfish and it doesn't care who gets hurt
So this argument of what Christ did or didn't mention by name is specious. The same is true of homosexuals claiming to love their partner. Like Tina Turner sang, "What's Love Got to do With It?". Any sexual relationship outside of marriage is wrong, case closed.
This topic will also be in my next book called You Think You're Going to Heaven? People say "love" but they really mean lust.
