Who Was Jesus to Say What Marriage Is?

I'm sure that many non Christians have asked this question. They believe he was merely a good teacher or a prophet. What many people refuse to believe is that he was, is , and always will be a part of the Trinity.

Furthermore, Jesus was with, and in, God when Sodom and Gomorrah were destroyed by fire. He was there when Israel suffered its many punishments from God. And Christ was there when Adam and Eve were created in the first place. Christ was co-author with God and the Holy Spirit of Leviticus and all the other Bible books. So trying to separate Christ from the supposedly vengeful God of the Old Testament doesn't work.

If, as some might argue, Jesus has a different opinion of homosexuality than God and the Holy Spirit, the universe would implode. Where there is disagreement, chaos ensues. Discord in the Trinity would cause this project called creation to disintegrate since God holds it all together.

Furthermore, the Bible isn't a haphazard collection of writings but one continuous story told through many centuries by at least forty people. It's amazingly consistent in its theme and morality. Though these people were from different times and cultures, they were moved by the Holy Spirit to write the eternal message which the Trinity composed.

Therefore, whatever the Bible says is true. Context also must be considered since some of God's commandments, such as eating certain foods or wearing certain clothes, need to be considered as just for those folks at that time. The moral teachings are eternal and cannot be changed by the wicked whims of human beings.

I'll be writing in depth on Bible inerrancy and accuracy in my next book called You Think You're Going to Heaven?
My heartfelt thanks go to Voddie Baucham for his indirect help in this matter.
